Andrew Parslow

Andrew Parslow graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University in 2017, with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science. He then went on to attend William & Mary College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2020. While at William & Mary, he focused his legal education on real property law and litigation.

After passing the bar, Andrew began his legal career with a focus on eminent domain and homeowners association litigation, where he represented property owners, corporations, and public agencies.

Andrew has been published on the topics of eminent domain and real property rights in multiple academic and professional journals with topics ranging from the history of Anglo-American property rights to homeowners association’s rights to restrict access to a homeowner’s property.

Andrew has also served as a speaker on the podcast Exhibit AI, a podcast program dedicated to the influence of law and technology on one another. The episode, Smart Cities & the Takings Clause, was based on his research regarding how evolving technologies are shaping cities and the concerns they raise with the rights of property owners.

In his spare time Andrew enjoys reading, cinema, board games, and traveling.
