How Our Attorneys Will Handle Your Case

Our attorneys are fully committed to helping our clients whose assets and financial well-being are threatened by the taking of their property by a government or any other condemning authority. We genuinely enjoy handling eminent domain and land condemnation cases against the government and using the Constitution to help property owners. We do not want anyone to be treated unfairly by the government.

What Do We Do for You?

If, after your first discussion with us, you decide you would like for us to work together, we will begin working on your case. Depending on your particular circumstances, our work may include, but is not limited to, any of the following:

  • Initial negotiations with the condemning authority
  • Meeting with the government appraisers in an effort to obtain the best initial offer
  • Discussing potential design changes with the government engineers
  • Reviewing relocation and reestablishment benefits and offers
  • Conducting research and investigation into the value of your property
  • Hiring the proper experts that may be needed to value your case
  • Contacting the government's right-of-way agents, appraisers, government attorneys, and other parties as needed
  • Taking the issue of just compensation and fair market value to trial before a jury

Most importantly, we are there for your support and counsel. You can count on us to be there for you throughout the entire process.
